Fabi sends you a coding task for which you have a few days. We want to find out how you approach tasks - no stress test.

Questions about your application at straiv
The easiest way is to apply directly via our application form. However, you are also welcome to send us an e-mail with your CV, your earliest possible starting date and your salary expectations to jobs@straiv.io.
As long as the positions are advertised on our website, they are still open.
Usually, you will receive an initial response within 48 hours (on weekdays). Depending on the position you have applied for, you will then have a preliminary interview with Lena from our People & Culture team (Development) or a direct meeting with the department and Lena (all other positions). Afterwards, you may be given a small task and finally get to know one of our two managing directors in an informal setting.
Of course, we do everything we can to complete the process as quickly as possible. In most cases we manage to have the contract on the table within 3 weeks after the application. In Development we need about 4 weeks due to the coding task.

If you are basically a good fit for us, but there is no suitable position at the moment, we will be happy to add you to our talent pool and contact you again as soon as there is something suitable.
If conditions allow, we will be happy to invite you to our office in Stuttgart. We believe that this helps both sides to get a better impression of each other. However, we’ll do what we can to accommodate you – if you have a long way to travel, we’ll also make it possible for you to get to know us online.

We firmly believe that the office will remain an important place of exchange and creativity in the future. That’s why we’re looking for colleagues who enjoy face-to-face encounters. Only remote is therefore currently not an option for us.
